Independent service

Lets Swap Tests is independent and is not affiliated with DVSA. We do not control DVSA systems, driving test availability, test centre policies, or whether any swap can be completed.

Using the app

The app helps learners find potentially compatible swap partners. You are responsible for checking all details before agreeing to any swap or support call.

Messaging

Messaging is provided so accepted swap partners can discuss availability and next steps. Do not share private, sensitive, financial, or unnecessary personal information in messages.

Self-managed swaps

If you choose to manage a swap yourselves, you are responsible for arranging and completing the process safely.

Guided support

Guided swap support is a real-world human support service. Our team will use the contact details provided for the booked guided call. Payment for guided support does not guarantee that DVSA will complete or accept any swap.
